When creating Rosmarus, I was in the need for a big woolly piece in my wardrobe. The kind of accessory that you can throw over any of your indoors outfits and which can be tucked under a coat when going outside. I was dreaming about a quick knit so I dived into m stash and was not ready to find so many yummy combinations.
Rosmarus is a cowl, worked similarly to a drop shoulder garment. Knit in a aran weight gauge, it has a nice squichy texture and is extra warm. It features stockinette st with a 2/2 ribbing edge to give it some structure. Finally, it has a big turtleneck in 2/2 ribbing to keep you warm and cosy.
